Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Dubstep World account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandize Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the electronics in their original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories, to ensure a full refund eligibility.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your RMA.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the hardware, we will process your refund or exchange back to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
